Our client, a local auto mechanical workshop in Cairns, has an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Position summary Respond to a high volume of callsGreet customers and visitors to the business, creating a positive first impressionSchedule vehicle repairs, prepare invoices, and take payments.Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff.Liaise with customers regarding maintenance and warranty issuesMaintain an up-to-date customer databaseOrder parts and maintain stockEnsure a safe, clean environment for staff and customersExperience within the automotive industry would be advantageousHigh level of personal presentationGood level of computer & administration skillsSales skills would be advantageousExcellent time management and forward planning skills with a high level of discipline and self-motivationAbout you Confident, happy, and easy to get along withValid driver's licenceMechanical backgroundComputer and mechanical software knowledgePositive mindset to grow the businessPassionate about the auto industry and possess genuine customer service skillsAll applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
