We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join the team within the Narromine Local Aboriginal Land Council.
The role

To be successful in this role you will be an exceptional communicator, who has the ability to actively listen to others and respond with understanding and respect, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will bring your customer experience expertise to the table, and you won't be afraid to share your own ideas.
Duties and responsibilities include: Responding to client enquiries and supporting clients with computer and phone servicesProviding a positive and helpful experience for customersFront desk reception tasks including point of contact for all enquires, filing, mail Ingoing and outgoing, email management and enquires.Answering phone calls promptly and escalating issues as needed and conducting administration to complete the clients requirements Delivering excellent service and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.Responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Light cleaning tasks Skills and experience required: A strong customer service focusSound interpersonal and communication skillsGood attention to detail with a sound focus on qualityIntermediate/Advanced computer skillsAbility to work as part of a teamPunctuality and reliabilityAbility to problem solve Sound conflict resolution skills KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander At least 12 months of Reception and/or business administration customer Service experience A high level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated exceptional customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to work within a team environmentMedium to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Outlook and ExcelAbility to work under pressure and to meet deadlines DESIRABLE A NSW Driver's License All applicants MUST currently hold a national police clearance that is no less than 3 months old and a current Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
