Customer Service Officer - Adelaide

We are seeking suitably qualified and highly motivated individual's to join the Rex Adelaide Airport Team in the role of a part-time Customer Service Officer.Reporting:This position reports to the Adelaide Airport Manager.Position responsibilities:Provide domestic and regional check-in, departure and arrival services for Rex at Adelaide AirportReservation and ticket sales including collection of moniesPre and post flight dutiesEditing flightsSales reporting and recording functions as appropriateAssist with the receipt and dispatch of aircraft including operation of aerobridge if requiredRex Lounge duties, including processing of guests, restocking and cleaningAssisting special needs customers.Assist customers with damaged and lost baggage enquiriesComply with requirements set out in the company's safety policy and standard operating proceduresOther duties as requested by the Airport ManagerSelection Criteria:Airport and Sabre system experience preferredAble to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and Aerobridge licenceAble to work shift work that includes early starts, evenings and weekend workAbility to work in a team environment and a commitment to on time performanceWell-developed written and oral communication skillsOutstanding image and presentationComputer literacy of a high degreeAbility to work unsupervised.To apply:If you are interested in this position, please submit your application with a copy of your CV and cover letter via the apply button.
