Your responsibilities will include: Face to face customer service Answering incoming calls from the general inquiries line Book in centre tours as required, follow up on conducted tours and action accordingly Manage process of new leads and enrolling new children along with associated required documentation Manage administration records and databases, update as required Manage the application/waiting list including data entry into Kidsoft and on Microsoft Excel Manage account finance queries as required Essential Criteria The ability to multitask effectively from phone tasks to administrative tasks Professional yet friendly telephone manner Good organisation skills with a strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills and confidence in turning leads to enrolments Current Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willing to obtain one) To apply now please click through to our application.
