Based at our Mackay branch, this key leadership role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional who is ready for the next step.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing the local customer service and technical team to ensure efficient delivery of compressor servicing for customers.
Providing day to day project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes Managing financials for the branch service operation Inspiring and motivating your staff Supervising service and warranty administration Developing and growing the branch service business About You You will thrive here if you are a confident leader who enjoys getting the best out of your people.
You are hands on, results focussed and take pride in being across all your operational KPIs for service delivery.

Experience in a manufacturing or trade business will set you in good stead, as will experience in a sales and service environment.
It goes without saying that you have a passion for ensuring a great customer experience every time.

To be successful, you'll bring: Experience working in a phone based customer service or branch environment Ability to monitor spare parts inventory levels and supervise stocktakes Good admin and computer skills, with ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and Powerpoint Experience managing budgets and expense reports Ability to maximise incoming sales opportunities Why choose us?
