In this role, you'll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing your team to hit targets and exceed customer expectations. You will also drive continuous improvement and procedures to enhance efficiency.If you're passionate about leadership, results, and creating a positive work environment, we'd love to hear from you!As a Customer Service Manager, you will:Lead, train, and coach the team, monitoring performance and KPIs.Oversee efficient order processing, claims management, and daily department operations.Drive continuous improvement of procedures to enhance customer service delivery.Identify business gaps and develop processes to improve the customer experience.Support CRM development and integration with internal systems for better efficiency.Manage team resources, provide sales support, and lead special projects as required.To thrive in this role, you will bring:5+ years sales team leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results, ideally in food/agribusiness sectors.Passion for customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Experience in designing business processes within a CRM framework, including executing CRM-based marketing campaigns.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction and team leadership.Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.At Sunny Queen, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
