We are a fully accredited ISO Company, have PCCP level 5 and are acknowledged as leaders in the protective coatings industry with a strong focus on Safety, Quality and Production.McElligotts is in need of a highly qualified CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join and closely work with their professional team in Tasmania on a full time and permanent basisKey Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services providedMaintain good customer relationshipsOversee and assist with customer queries and concernsOversee and assist with the day-to-day customer service function including phone and email supportProcess customer and supplier invoices (recipient created) using company specific softwareProvide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excelProvide efficient business–focused customer services and respond proactively to verbal and written enquiries, in an accurate and timely manner.Liaise with other organisational units, service agents, contractors, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectationsMaintain business recordsPlan and implement after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services providedAccount reconciliationsEnsure the company's policies, procedures and standards are adhered toCo-ordination of personnel activities including but not limited to safety, training and supervisionReport and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliersTo be considered for this role, you must haveExcellent customer service relations experienceExcellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Demonstrated excellent time management skills including the capability to understand and set priorities, and achieve results in an environment of high volumes workloads and tight deadlines.With proven high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityStrong communication and reporting skillsMust be able to work independently or as part of a teamGreat interpersonal skills.If you possess the qualities and skills required for this role and you feel this job is for you, please apply now!Salary: Between $70,000 and $75,000 per annum + SuperJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
