In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our customer service excellence by fostering a motivated and skilled team, ensuring smooth operations, and developing strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
This is a unique opportunity for skilled professionals from overseas, as the position offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Policy Development & Review: Shape and refine policies, programs, and procedures to enhance customer relations and the quality of services provided.Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimise operations to ensure seamless service delivery.Team Leadership: Provide direction and constructive feedback to team members, assist in recruitment, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Staff Development: Inspire, motivate, and upskill customer service staff to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Plan and execute after-sales services to measure customer satisfaction, ensure service quality, and implement improvements where needed.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other teams, service agents, and customers to understand expectations and ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs.About You To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within a high-volume or professional services environment.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process and service improvements.Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating customer satisfaction initiatives.A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing customer and operational challenges.Why Join Us?
