You will be working directly with the Managing Director to manage the day-to-day operation of incoming and outgoing orders from our Warehouse.
The Opportunity: Bsons Industries is excited by the prospect of appointing a Customer Service Manager to provide an important function in the company by ensuring our customers receive their orders in an efficient and timely manner.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making sure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage and monitor all the incoming inventory into the warehouse both locally and from overseas suppliers.Liaise closely with the administrative team to ensure the inventory is updated in both the warehouse and accounting software programmes.Oversee and monitor the accuracy of the inventory to ensure stock levels are sufficient to fulfill customers' orders at all times.Monitor closely all products which are imported and provide forecast reports on quantities required for reordering.Maintain customer relationships while engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide the appropriate assistance.Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately, overseeing the timely delivery of all customer orders.Address all customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, finding a positive resolution.Provide additional support as needed, including managing documentation, emails, and supporting the sales team.Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide the necessary information requested by our customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.The Role: Manage all orders from the sales team, the website, emails, and the telephone efficiently.Work closely with the warehouse with incoming and outgoing stock.Deliver exceptional customer service and process all sales orders accurately and quickly.Effectively and accurately monitor the inventory to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled.Provide strong support to Sales Manager and prepare customer quotes.Manage sales team returns/credits and execute general administrative tasks.About You: Previous experience in a similar office-based customer service role or retail management experience.Excellent inventory management experience including forecasting.Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively.Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to address customer inquiries.Proficient in computer usage and cloud-based applications.A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
