Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Lear in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the customer service team- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance and growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proven experience in customer service management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Driven and adaptable personality traits- Equal opportunity employer
