What You'll Do… Run the Helpdesk: Be the first point of contact for our customers by managing online support tickets with efficiency, care, and expertise. Create Educational Content: Develop engaging help articles and training videos to empower customers to get the most out of our solutions. Customer Engagement: Host training events, and build lasting relationships with our customers.
