Join our team as our Customer Service Manager and help us take our team and service to the next level.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure successful daily operations of the club in accordance with club policy and procedure. Ensure optimum levels of service are provided at all times. Ensure quality of services and hygiene, ensuring the club is clean and ready for operations at all times. Troubleshoot deficiencies when required. Ensure feedback for service and culture is passed on to the relevant personnel in a timely manner. Remain accessible to patrons and team members by being available and highly visible in patron areas. Troubleshoot and resolve patron feedback and complaints. Train all staff including Management, Supervisors, and Floor staff in our Hornets Values. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Thursday to Sunday roster mid shifts.
