What you will enjoy doing Your focus will be managing and developing your team of employees and contractors to achieve business outcomes and drive a safety cultureFurther you ensure our customers receive LPG in a safe and timely manner from professional drivers using cost effective transport strategies whilst being responsible for ensuring our tanks, cylinders, vehicles, equipment and depots are safe to operate and maintained/replaced as requiredYou will reconcile and account all stock, equipment and materials and prepare annual budgets and monthly performance reportsResponsible for the day to day running of the branch including achievement of budgeted profit targets, managing customers, contractors, distributors / pricing/ inventory/ vehicles/ safety / and depot operationsWhat makes you great You have experience in managing a team, preferably in a customer service environmentStrong negotiation skills with proven performance to cost budgetsPrevious experience in contractor management, Logistics or Transport is desirable but not essentialYou are comfortable and proficient using the suite of Microsoft Officeproducts (Word, Excel, Outlook)This role requires you hold a driver's licence Why you will love working with us Are you looking for challenges?
