Key responsibilities include: Supporting our internal and external customersContributing to a collaborative and inclusive team cultureImplementation of customer experience enhancements through technologyEnthusiastic about driving performance and bring positive energy to the daily work environmentContinuous improvements of customer service processesHitting and exceeding key KPIs.
