The Position Reporting through to the National Sales Manager, the primary focus of this position is to successfully organize, coordinate and keep our customers across Australia informed and engaged as they move through our sales process, installation process and then in turn the delivery process for their newly purchased Palfinger Hydraulic Lifting Equipment. Your goal is to ensure our customers are confident and feel that 'they're in good hands' as you deliver them a 'customer experience' that does our brand and team proud!
This position will put your people skills to the test - as beyond customer communications, you will also be busy each day assisting and communicating with our National Sales Team, other departments across the business as well as our national network of 39 Service Partners. When it comes to finding out where a particular customer project is at, you are the person most will come to look upon as the 'go to' person!
With your finger on the pulse at all times, your organization, planning and time management skills will also be very important. You will be working across multiple projects at any one time and the business will be relying on you to keep these organized and on track.
When it comes to your long-term success and opportunity in our business, your ability to learn about our hydraulic lifting equipment products will be key. Each of our products are built with a range of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems and we will train and support you in the development of your technical product knowledge over time.
