Your New Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who is known for their energetic, supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
Act as primary point of contact for project customers, both internal and externalResolve customer requests, questions and complaintsProcess customer's sales orders, returns & credits when requiredMonitor all aspects of the customers forward orders and backordersEnsure the customer is informed of upcoming sales promotions and stock shortagesHandle stock availability & pricing enquiries as required.Benefits to You:
