Customer Service Representative, AustraliaWe are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our innovative team in Australia. As a key player in our customer service department, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Exelot's logistics solutions. Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat), addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Assist customers with order tracking, shipping information, and product-related questions.Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Provide customers with product and service information, including updates on new features and offerings.Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and protocols.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the customer service experience.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult situations.Preferred Skills: Experience with cross-border logistics and international shipping processes.Knowledge of additional regional languages.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.Previous experience in a startup or dynamic work environment.At Exelot, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages, flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
