We are a Gold Coast, family based, fast-growing online DIY glass business and are currently seeking a customer service extraordinaire for our front desk reception. We pride ourselves on delivering fantastic customer service, which is why we are an industry leader. The position is preferably Full-Time Monday to Friday, however part-time/flexible hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
About the role: Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our clients online and in our office. We aim to provide a high level of customer service in supporting and guiding our clients with their orders and enquiries.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer serviceAnswering telephone and email enquiriesProcessing Online Orders including Invoicing and PaymentsHandling customer/product enquiries via the phone, email and face to face in the officeMaintaining the reception areaAbility to work under pressurePreparing quotes and invoicesThe successful applicant will have the following attributes: Experience in the Glass/Glazing/Pool Fencing Industry HIGHLY preferred but not essential.A bubbly outgoing and professional personalityPleasant phone mannerGood communication skills – ability to communicate confidently and effectivelyAttention to DetailGood organisation skillsA quick and eager learner – not afraid to ask questionsExperienced in Microsoft programs Previous glass pool fencing industry experience will be highly regarded but not essential. We value a positive and willing attitude and be able to work within a team and individually. We are prepared to provide full training for the successful candidate.
