Our client is a global market leader in the Environmental Services industry and expanding their Customer Service team due to ongoing growth.

Based in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, our client is looking for experienced customer service consultants, passionate about delivering the highest quality standard of service and being an active contributor to business growth.


This role will involve:
Customer serviceIssue resolutionProcessing customer ordersMitigating with the operations team to achieve DIFOT, provide accurate proactive ETA & resolve issuesOrder confirmation to the customerBuilding relationships with new and existing clientsManaging service and supply for a portfolio of client accountsWhat we are looking for:
Demonstrated customer service and sales experience in a similar role - essentialDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM systemsExceptional and personable communication skillsHigh resilience to working under pressureAttention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFun, vibrant, self-motivated personalityEnjoys issue resolution and problem solvingComfortable with taking inbound calls and working with reasonable KPIs About you:
Experience in customer serviceProven success in meeting KPIs - highly desirableExperience in Salesforce or similar CRM systemAbility to learn quicklyReliable Please note these roles will be commencing February 3rd, 2025, and will be 8 am-4 pm Mon-Fri ongoing.
To be considered, you must be available to commence a new role on this date and able to pass a police check.
