Canon continues to research technologies to bring more beauty, clarity, and innovation to the world of imaging.About the roleAs a member of the Services and Support team reporting to the Manager – Service Performance, you will provide outstanding pre and post-sales customer service and support to Canon's business imaging customers, maintaining their printer fleets.Responsibilities will include:Traveling to various sites within the Western Pilbara area for reactive and proactive servicing, upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software;Effectively meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations, and building productive and sustainable relationships with Canon customers;Working efficiently while maintaining all Canon and customer safety processes and policies, identifying areas of opportunity to increase safety practices and efficiencies.About youThe role can be based in Port Hedland full-time or on a FIFO basis from your home location. Ideally, you will have experience as a Printer or Photocopier Technician, with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field; however, training will be provided for candidates with general electrical/mechanical experience.
