Join our Customer Success Team!Bring in the New Year with a new role! 
We are actively recruiting for a position which will commence November 2024
We're Work Metrics, a tech company on a mission for building a better workplace and workforce. 
We're expanding and we're looking for a suitable candidate to join our customer team, full time, helping us support our corporate customers and helping our customers get better value from our software systems and apps.
You'll be joining a team who do this role already and will help coach you and support your learning .
You'll be someone who's confident on the phone and email, highly professional and a good communicator. 

The customers you'll be liaising with are professionals ranging from HR managers, Safety managers and other mid-level managers who are the crux of our software client users who work for organisations all over the country across every type of industry.

Main Responsibilities & Duties Helping clients understand how to use various features of our systemCommunicating with a diverse range of clients who typically are professionals ranging from HR managers and Safety managers from various industriesTroubleshooting issues and liaising with our tech team and other support team members.Updating and maintaining client notes in our CRM softwareHelping customers with their content, providing recommendationsThe successful applicants will  Have strong phone communication skillsBe proactiveHave attention to detailHave excellent time management – the ability to easily organise and prioritise tasks and undertake a structured approach to workBe able to handle the unexpected calmly and efficientlyBe able to work independentlyHave a good understanding of web browsers and using web-based systemsWant a fun, supportive and inclusive team environmentOur head office is based in Perth CBD.
We'll provide full training and help you become an expert on our products.
