About The Opportunity As the Customer Service Coordinator , your primary purpose is to deliver excellent customer service and be the first point of contact.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, SMS, and in-person, to build strong relationships Coordinating small events to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences Interpreting basic parts requirements and managing parts ordering effectively Managing basic accounts, including receiving payments and processing bills Performing accurate data entry and invoice management About You The successful candidate will have: 3+ years experience in the same or similar role Strong organisational skills, particularly in event coordination The ability to handle basic parts interpretation and ordering efficiently A passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships Experience with data entry and invoicing, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with monday.com and Google Workspace, or the ability to learn new systems quickly What's in it for You?
