Client Job Scheduling & Bookings: Manage customer bookings, confirm appointments, and handle inquiries effectivelyDigital Marketing & Business Development: Develop strategies to attract new clients and enhance our digital presenceMaintaining Customer Databases: Keep our client databases up-to-date and aligned with operational workflowsInvoice & Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and manage customer invoices and perform bank reconciliationsManaging Technician Work Calendars: Allocate job bookings efficiently to our techniciansAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
