About The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Client Job Scheduling & Bookings: Manage customer bookings, confirm appointments, and handle inquiries effectively Digital Marketing & Business Development: Develop strategies to attract new clients and enhance our digital presence Maintaining Customer Databases: Keep our client databases up-to-date and aligned with operational workflows Invoice & Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and manage customer invoices and perform bank reconciliations Managing Technician Work Calendars: Allocate job bookings efficiently to our technicians About You The successful candidate will have:
Prior experience in job scheduling with a customer service/business administration or logistics background A high level of self-confidence and resourcefulness in problem-solving A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work independently Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Digital Marketing & Business Development What's in it for You?
