Job Description Your new employer
Your new employer is a building company that assesses and repairs damage to homes and structures.
They are specialists in commercial building projects, building reinstatement, construction, restoration, and cleaning solutions.
Your new role
The Customer Service Officer reports to the Team Leader and the role is to ensure incoming phone calls, new job instructions and enquiries are received and actioned in a timely, professional manner.
Details of the role are below:
Location - North Strathfield
Opposite Train Station
On-Street Parking
9 am to 5 pm
5 days a week in office
$65,000 base + superannuation
Immediate start
Must be prepared to complete a police check
What will you be doing?
Manage incoming calls and inbound e-mails & respond as required
Process new job
Complete job notes/updates
Scheduling of site inspections for estimators
Liaise with various stakeholders including trade supervisors, tradesmen/women and clients
Co-ordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all partied informed of general business operations
Create Purchase orders

Previous experience in a similar customer service role
Must have clear communication skills for phone and email
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
