Our Metro Adelaide team are looking for the ultimate people person to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) on a part time basis. In this multi-faceted role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your resilience, proactivity and extensive administration skills to both your peers and key stakeholders.
The duties associated with this role include, but are not limited to:Perform all duties associated with the operation of the front desk, including customer service, incoming and outgoing mail, filing etc.Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed resident experience.Respond to resident queries related to their student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.Conduct room inspections starting from pre to post occupancy.Assist with managing the property specific areas process.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We're seeking an aspiring administration and property management professional who is looking to grow their career. Some of the skills and qualities we are looking for include:Demonstrated experience or background in administration, real estate or accommodation - highly regarded.Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.Intermediate to advanced computer skills.Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport.Well-rounded organisational skills.Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.Have an awareness and empathy for the many diverse groups and backgrounds within the UniLodge community.Our mandatory requirements include:Eligibility to work in Australia.National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).SA Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain).Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain).Valid Driver's Licence.WHAT WE OFFER
