They are specialists in commercial building projects, building reinstatement, construction, restoration, and cleaning solutions.Your new roleThe Customer Service Officer reports to the Team Leader and the role is to ensure incoming phone calls, new job instructions and enquiries are received and actioned in a timely, professional manner. Details of the role are below:Location - North StrathfieldOpposite Train StationOn-Street Parking9 am to 5 pm5 days a week in office$65,000 base + superannuationImmediate startMust be prepared to complete a police checkWhat will you be doing?Manage incoming calls and inbound e-mails & respond as requiredProcess new jobComplete job notes/updatesScheduling of site inspections for estimatorsLiaise with various stakeholders including trade supervisors, tradesmen/women and clientsCo-ordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all partied informed of general business operationsCreate Purchase ordersWhat we need from youWe need you to be able to start now!Previous experience in a similar customer service roleMust have clear communication skills for phone and emailAble to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat next?If you are interested in the role and can start straight away, please apply now.
