The Role Our Customer Solutions team delivers a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issuesProvide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat and telephone-based requests and effective resolution of complaintsManage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issuesIdentify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial lossEscalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as requiredWork closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as requiredRequirements:
