Job DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator based out of our Launceston office.
What we are looking for:
Customer Service experience would be advantageousSomeone who is comfortable with technology including ExcelHighly organised individual with an eye for detail and good time managementSomeone who works well within a teamSome of your day-to-day duties will include:
Capture all inbound activity for Jackson's Security, including sales enquiries, accounts and workshop enquiriesSupport Branch Team Leaders to coordinate on-road jobsEnsure accurate and timely quoting and invoicingBuild relationships with internal and external customersWhat we are offering:
