Job DescriptionThe Role: Civilmart has a great opportunity for an IT literate, proactive, customer service focused person to join our amazing team at Molendinar!
You will be looking after customer accounts, quoting, entering and following up on orders, invoicing, counter sales, assisting with stock take, and running the day-to-day internal sales support function. It is preferable for the successful candidate to hold a forklift ticket to assist loading products as required.
Requirements: We require someone who is proactive and capable of learning new IT Programs, has a good knowledge of using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possesses professional communication skills. A typical day would involve:
Answering customer phone and web inquiries and taking ownership of the call through to generating a positive customer outcome.Quote creation and management of customer orders through to completion.Partnering with the team to understand the product range, production scheduling, and delivery and freight requirements.Updating project and quoting databases.Understanding customer needs while negotiating customer expectations, taking into account production timing and inventory availability.Resolving any customer complaints in a timely manner, clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, and assisting in providing solutions.Working with and building relationships at all levels of the Civilmart business and our customers.
