WHO YOU ARE We are on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team player to join our newest property, Y Suites - Moore Street on a full-time basis. Bringing your energy and personality to form greater connections with students, you will assist in making their time with us truly special.
We are after someone with experience working within a customer service or front office environment. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills, organisational skills and a "we care" attitude. This role will involve aspects of leasing and property management which will require you to ideally hold a Certificate of Registration (lodged with NSW Fair Trading). If you don't hold this qualification, this is totally fine however, you must be willing to obtain the qualification if you are successfully appointed to this role. We have fun at work but at times we can be run off our feet, welcoming or saying goodbye to our residents. There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, supportive, hands on and positive. You may feel you do not meet all the criteria, but if you are eager to learn the UniLodge way we still want to hear from you. This may be the first step to a new and exciting career path.
As this is a Full-Time role, we are looking for someone who can commit to a 38-hour work week, Monday – Friday.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator will include but not be limited to:
Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.Assist all prospective residents and visitors in the most efficient and professional manner.Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion.Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.Maintain effective liaisons with property services.Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required.Energetically contribute to the creation of a team environment where everyone helps each other.Coordinate and execute administrative duties as assigned by senior management, such as handling of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, response to correspondence etc, in line with your position and industry standards.Our mandatory requirements include: Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand.National Police Check, within 3 months.Working with Children Check (ACT).HOW YOU CAN APPLY If you're interested in working with us, please submit your application as soon as possible - outlining all the amazing qualities and skills you can bring to our team.
