Job Description As a customer service office coordinator, you'll play a key role in the operations, managing customer interactions and helping with stock control. Your daily tasks will include:
Manage and execute contracts effectively.Handling inbound calls and responding to sales inquiries.Creating contracts and providing in-person client support.Coordinating supply movements.Data entry.Planning and sourcing supplies to meet customer needs.Working with stakeholders to ensure stock is ready to go.Assisting with stock management and workshop planning.The Successful Applicant A customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide excellent service.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to handle peak periods with a calm approach.High level of attention to detail.What's on Offer Full-time permanent position.7.00am - 5.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.Above market rate salary.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.A rewarding role in a leading company in the industrial industry.
