The Role Our Customer Solutions team delivers a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries.

Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat and telephone-based requests and effective resolution of complaints Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required Requirements: Must be able to work on a rotating roster (public holidays and weekend work will be required) Proven customer service skills and Customer Service experience Ability to multitask and follow process Ability to work well within a team environment Accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate computer and numerical skills required The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment To Apply If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
