About the Role: DFP Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our State Government client.
This role supports the implementation of the Gnarla Biddi Strategy across our client's program.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating initiatives and projects to support the Gnarla Biddi Strategy.
Liaising with stakeholders, including our client's lead agencies, contractors, and the Aboriginal community.
Managing cross-cultural engagements and building cultural capability within our client's Office.
Representing our client at industry events and coordinating inputs to ensure collaborative outcomes.
Essential Criteria: Proven experience working with Aboriginal stakeholders in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
Experience in establishing and coordinating standard operating documents, record-keeping, and administrative processes.
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Work Health and Safety policies, and EEO, diversity, and equity practices.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
