Due to the growth in our branch in Brisbane we are looking for the next superstar to join our amazing team as our Customer Service Coordinator. This is a newly created role and will answer to the National Aftersales and Warranty Manager. It is an exciting opportunity for the right person and will be another integral member of our already busy operations. ?The role will be the main point of contact for our customers when relating to anything aftersales and warranty.
Some of the duties of the role will be -
Support customers with aftersales and warranty enquiries via phone, email and face to face visits. Liaise with internal and external workshops to facilitate repairs. Liaise with parts department where required. Ensuring external warranty claims are accurate and align with OEM policies and procedures. Identify, appoint service agents within your region. Maintain regular check ins with customers. Conduct surveys on recent experiences relating to aftersales & warranty. Work closely with the OEM to facilitate customer meetings. Report customer feedback on product, policies and procedures. Identifying areas of improvement. Regular travel within your region visiting customers and building strong relationships. If you possess great customer service skills, the ability to forge strong, longstanding relationships with all business partners and have exceptional time management skills this role could be your next career move. I you have your MR licence and any general knowledge or experience with heavy vehicles it will be well regarded.
