We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable Customer Service Consultants to join our team at the Hazelmere Contact Centre. Every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone, email, and chat.Stay cool under pressure, quickly resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.Handle multiple tasks like a pro, whether it's talking with a customer while updating our systems or helping them navigate self-service options.Record important details in our Salesforce CRM, ensuring every customer gets the care they deserve.Shift Times: Days and hours are scheduled on a rotating roster and will vary weekly to meet the needs of the Contact Centre. You must be available within the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. What you'll Bring: Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different people and situations.The ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, actively listen to customer concerns, and use problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
