Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities Handle incoming calls on the helpdeskGive excellent customer service at all timesAttend to customer queries/feedback, troubleshooting & schedule service appointment for service support team.Provide solutions and alternatives to customers.Service Recovery / Customer Service Answering customers enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claims via hotline & emailsProvide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queriesEscalate issues and follow up.Administrative Tasks Data entry of all cases into the system accurately and timelyRespond to customer emails timelyApply procedures, processes and meet KPIsRequirements Minimum GCE 'O' / Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalentAt least 2 years' experience in customer service/call center; B2C & B2B environment is an added advantageComputer knowledge in Microsoft OfficeProficient in Home Appliances and Home Entertainment productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailHighly motivated and adaptablePositive mindset and good team playerAble to work under time pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlinesPassion to serve and knows how to handle and resolve customer issuesAble to commence work by 15 Dec 2020Remarks: Interested parties/candidates, please send your updated resume in MS Word format including the following:
