Gippsland Motor Group are seeking a Customer Service Consultant with a positive can-do attitude and a passion for success.
We are a multi-franchise dealership incorporating Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot, Suzuki & MG.
As part of our Customer Service team, you will have a unique opportunity to deal with a wide variety of customers, industry-leading luxury manufacturers & vehicles, learn about the automotive repair business, contribute to the wellbeing of others and to work in an inspirational team culture.
The successful applicant will:Have proven experience in a fast-paced environmentThrive working autonomouslyBe willing to continue to learn and develop their skillsHave a high attention to detail & high accuracy levelHave excellent communication skillsHave good computer/tablet skillsWhat does a day look like for you?You will be responsible for the reception and processing of customer enquiriesCommunicating customer requirements to our workshop teamResponding to technician advice and communicating to our valuable customersProcessing paperworkFace to face communication as well as on the phoneWorking within a fantastic team, promoting a positive work environmentYou will be working for one of Gippsland's largest Automotive dealer groups, who promote internal growth and a wide variety of career progression opportunities.
Additional requirements:Automotive experience is preferred but is not mandatoryDemonstrated computer skills and phone skills in previous rolesHigh standard of literacy and numeracy skillsCurrent driver's licenseThe role is full time Monday - FridayOur business rewards team members based on the value they provide.
