If you're passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent customer service skills, and have a strong desire to help people find their dream homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our client's high-performing team. THE ROLE As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role is critical in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting them throughout their construction journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Regularly liaising with clients via email and phone calls, building rapport, and addressing their needs throughout the construction process. Providing clients with timely updates on documentation, certifications, and any required variations, ensuring they are communicated and actioned promptly. Collaborating with Site Managers, updating on delays, extensions of time, and adjusting provisional allowances as each stage is completed. Finalizing handover bookings and managing completion documentation as required by clients and lenders. Occasionally providing reception relief as needed. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE: Proven experience in customer service construction. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms. A problem-solving approach and a client-focused mindset.
