Our client is a leading provider of financial solutions, operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Serving a diverse customer base, including corporate, government, and small businesses, our client is currently undergoing a transformation and expansion project to increase their customer base and market share within the industry.
Located in South Whard, this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service that is looking for a start date of the 13th January 2025. This is an initial 4-month contract with strong views of permanency.
The Opportunity As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage the end-of-contract processes, including reconciling transactions and handling customer communications. The role involves supporting team members, adhering to service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient contract terminations.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
