The Job: Burwood or Berwick LocationHybrid working after trainingNFP Salary Packaging20th January 2025 start dateWhat you'll do: As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary role will be to provide support to the Contact Centre Manager. You will handle a wide variety of requests and consultations with clients currently using or investigating our services. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you act as the first point of contact for clients contacting us.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholdersManage intake of new referrals into serviceMaintain professional relationships with clients, their representatives and carersInbound and outbound callingMaintain office systems and documentationWhat you bring: As a Customer Service Consultant, you bring valuable experience in communicating effectively and maintaining professional relationships with a diverse range of people. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills are complemented by your experience in the aged care sector across relevant service types.
