On a day to day basis you will :
Liaise with customers to collect pre-renewal information.Prepare documentation as directed by Service members.Pro-actively follow up quotes from insurers and prepare quote reports.Prepare quotes for clients and gather post-renewal policy documentation.What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role brings along previous customer / client service experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Skilled in establishing rapport with stakeholders, in addition to anticipating and responding to their needs.
