Position Location: Keysborough, Melbourne.
We are currently seeking a customer service consultant that is enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a difference to join our existing energetic team based in Keysborough, Melbourne.
With this role you'll be at the forefront of our mission, contributing to the success of our organization while enjoying a workplace that values camaraderie, growth, and achievement.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and possesses: Background in the RTO sector Experience with Salesforce or Vet Track Strong organisational skills Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience Understanding of relevant admissions practices, policies and regulatory requirements with an ability to apply this knowledge in required areas Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve time sensitive outcomes Administrator responsibilities including handling outbound and inbound calls as well as email inquiries.
Communication with our internal team and our external student community via phone and email.
Driven to achieve and exceed KPI's and provide support to our students.
Experience in a similar customer support/administrator role preferred or previous experience in an office or call centre setting.
Clear communication skills in written and verbal communication skills.
