What You'll Do Monitor and handle claims proactively, ensuring adherence to high standards and KPI benchmarks.Engage in effective communication with customers, delivering precise information within specified timelines throughout the claims process.Collaborate with essential stakeholders such as property owners, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering calls and addressing enquiries.Assess and act upon work orders and requests from both internal and external partners.Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data within the claims database system.Perform data entry tasks and fulfill general administration responsibilities as instructed.
