We are searching for a talented person to join our Customer Service team on a full time basis working Monday– Friday located at Nailsworth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves making people happy, is a natural problem-solver, and wants to be part of a vibrant team.
What we offer: Competitive salary package Supportive team environment Extensive employee benefits A role in a dynamic industry with great development opportunities Responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries Welcoming customers and checking in their vehicles Providing accurate service pricing to guests Communicating with our guests in a professional, knowledgeable and timely fashion Making sure the customers' vehicles are ready on time Requirements: History of great customer service in retail or hospitality. Able to handle objections and maintain professionalism. Proficiency in word processing and computer skills with experience in using Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively whilst adhering to schedule. Be collaborative in a team environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to be productive when working autonomously. Excellent focus and attention to detail. Experience in contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
