We are searching for a talented person to join our Customer Service team on a full time basis working Monday– Friday located at Nailsworth. Able to handle objections and maintain professionalism. Proficiency in word processing and computer skills with experience in using Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively whilst adhering to schedule. Be collaborative in a team environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to be productive when working autonomously. Excellent focus and attention to detail. Experience in contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
