Customer Service Centre Operator

About the Role Due to an internal move, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Operator to join our team.
 In this role, we are looking for highly organised and motivated individual ready to contribute to the support of the Service Operations of the business.
You will do this by assisting our Customers with their breakdown calls, and efficiently allocating work to our National Service Technician teams out in the field.
Requirements Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt and accurate information.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Professionally handling all national customer breakdown phone calls and emails Timely allocation of work to appropriate Service Technicians to support our customers Skills & Experience Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer support.
