Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.
The opportunity:
Fixed Term Contract until 27th June 2025.
We are looking for a Customer Service Centre Consultant to join our Government & Defence team in Brisbane. As a Customer Service Centre Consultant, you will assist ADF Members as well as Corporate and Government clients with their relocation enquiries and needs.
This is a meaningful and fulfilling job, providing assistance to ADF members with a range of inquiries via phone and email, operating on a rotating roster between 7.00am - 9.00pm Monday - Friday.

As the Customer Service Centre Consultant, you will:

Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service that focuses on the individual and delivers first class advice, assistance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
Assist ADF members with their applications.
Conduct questionnaires with ADF members on service given and assistance provided.
Data entry and general administration duties.
Liaise with third parties where relevant in relation to relocation services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Desirable – A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a high volume, fast paced Contact Centre.
Proven experience in a Customer Service position.
Excellent keyboard skills and ability to navigate computer systems (Microsoft suite).
Ability to quickly acquire the knowledge and processes applicable to the relocations industry, in particular ADF benefits and entitlement.
A commitment and passion to provide first class service to the customer and put their needs first.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
