About the Role:
We are seeking Customer Service Call Centre Operator's to join our client's high-volume utilities call centre on a temporary, full-time basis. As a Customer Service Call Centre Operator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams. This role requires a high level of expertise and professionalism, with an immediate start and potential for ongoing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Route calls and queries to the correct teams or departments.
• Manage email correspondence and perform administrative tasks.
What you need to succeed:
• Previous experience working customer service or in a high-volume call centre environment.
• Outstanding communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment.
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident as this role will be ongoing.
Benefits & Culture:
• Competitive hourly rate of $39 p/hr + Super.
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week).
• Darwin CBD location.
