As a Customer Service Associate at Salesforce.com, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while working from the comfort of your home. - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in customer service are a plus.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in customer service is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computer applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
