- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in customer service or business administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in using technology, including digital communication tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
